All our products are made or sourced within the UK to ensure the finest quality of bait arrives to you.

Are the products safe?

Our baits are UK food safe and therefore safe to be handled etc but we do not recommend you eat them due to the extra strength flavours that have been added to attract carp.  They are likely to upset a humans stomach if ingested. All our products are sold ’Not for Human Consumption’

Will your baits decompose naturally?

All our baits will naturally decompose within the lake without polluting the water.

What does the 30 day warranty cover?

Should the product be faulty in any way we will replace or refund as requested.  You can return any purchased item within 30 days provided it has NOT BEEN OPENED.  All products are UK manufactured to ensure total quality.

Do you sell through shops?

No, we are solely a internet shop selling direct to you.

Can I buy your product cheaper in a shop?

No, we sell direct to you through the internet, Amazon etc and guarantee the very best price is offered to you from all sites.

Can I view your products?

Our web site carries clear photos and descriptions of all our products so you can decide which bait is best for you. We guarantee the finest quality that you will not be disappointed with.  We offer a 30 day money back warranty should you decide to return the product after purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, sorry we are not currently able to ship outside the UK.

What is the cost for shipping?

Orders over £50 receive FREE shipping (see above for postcodes that cary a surcharge to this offer).  Orders under £50 incur a shipping charge of £4.99 per order. The extra surcharge for the postcodes above will be £5.75 additional cost.

Can I have the product shipped to a different address to the billing address if I want to send a package as a gift?

Yes of course.  We ask you add this in notes section when you place your order.  Please ensure you give us the correct Name, and address of where item should be delivered.

Do you offer a Gift wrapping service?

Yes we do. Please give us details in the notes section on your order.  Should you request any special packaging requests these could carry a surcharge.  Our dispatch team will contact you once we receive your order to ensure we are able to meet your request.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) on a 24hr - 48hr Royal Mail service. Other couriers are available on request and may carry a surcharge. Again, our dispatch team will contact you after you order is received.

Can I have a Saturday delivery?

This may be available at extra cost but we cannot confirm in advance as location, order date etc could affect this request. Our team is here to help at all times and will contact you after your order is received.

Can I have a time slot delivery?

No, sorry we are not able to offer this at present.

Can I pay by any card payment?

All card payment options will appear during your order process.  We accept Debit & Credit.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, full details and payment options will appear during the order process.

Do you offer payments on installments?
